Finally the 2.0 SDK is here!!!.. https://developer.tizen.org/downloads/tizen-sdk Now, we can develop native applications and have discussions in this new subforum.

Is scratchbox available for tizen 2.0 native app development using EFL? What is the right method to create a native service app for getting location updates in tizen 2.0?

you can use LocationProvider class to get location updates in tizen 2.0.0. Request you to explain little bit more on scratchbox so that we can provied you some answer.
