Certificates are not generated because of unknown reason

I can't import the certificate-registration.xml file (that I received from Samsung) in the Tizen IDE on Mac OS X.

I click the 'Register Certificate' button, select the xml file and enter the password, after that an error message appears:

Certificates are not generated because of unknown reason

Why is this happening? How I can register the certificate?

Ok, I created another Certificate Request, sent it to Samsung, imported the xml file in the Tizen IDE and everything is working now :)

Did you do anything different this time while generating the certificate request? I am facing the same problem. Did you encrypt the certificate-request.xml using PGP before sending it?

What finally worked for me: create the certificate request with an Android keystore (using the B2 IDE obviously).

I'm having the same problem. I created another Certificate Request and sent it to Samsung, they replied promptly, but the problem persists, also with the new certificate they sent me.
