Installing tizen in windows 7

I am trying to install tizen sdk for windows 7 64bit. I have installed in my computer java 1.8.0_20. In command prompt java -version command return  java 1.8.0_20. When I am trying to install tizen executable I got the following message: Cannot excute hava even if it was installed. Check environment variables of java version (over 1.6) please.

Tizen isnt fully compatible to Java 8. You can use Java 7 or have to change in the AppData/Locale/.installerManager folder (or something like that, I dont know the correct path yet) and start the installmanager.exe manually

I removed java8 version and I installed java7 version. However I got the same error.

I found the web page which has same problem. please check your sdk-installer again as one engineer found that he used wrong version of installer.

Do u install Java as 64-bit?

I have installed 64bit java. Basically I have tried to follow the following link http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29693340/installing-tizen-in-windows-7 and I got the same error.
