Needed::Tizen SDK plugin for App icon creator

The SDK must have basic App Icon creator(by importing) of the Tizen Store requirement specification. And along with it other stuff. This will help developers a lot.

Yeah its very tough to create an appicon... Maybe Tizen Assocation have to give us a free copy of Photoshop ...
