Web apps not working on emulator 4.0

Hi,
when I launch sample web app (mobile-4.0) on emulator (4.0) no content is showing up but empty screen, tested with several sample apps and also with BasicUI template and got the same result. The native apps build for mobile-4.0 works ok na the emulator, also the web apps on the Web Simulator works fine. What is wrong with the emulator? Debug log attached.
