I was made aware of the fact that you will be adding Facebook and Twitter authentication support in the upcoming 2.1 release. I'd like to request that support for YouTube authentication and the YouTube API be added as well. We are creating a video application which curates content from across the web and from FB/Twitter/YouTube. With authentication support for YouTube, we'll be able to allow users to connect our application to their YouTube account and we can pull in videos from the channels they subscribe to for them. Curation is really a core feature of our video application's personalized experience, and YouTube is one of the largests sources of crowd-sourced content. I'm sure there will be plenty of other application developers that will also find this support invaluable.
