Play local video file located within web application using AVPlay

Hello,
I am trying to play a local video file using the AVPlay API but I can find the proper absolute path for the file in question. Using the Samsung TV Web Simulator, I get the following exception with everything I have tried so far: An attempt is made to use an object that is not, or is no longer, usable.
Please help me understand what the absolute path would be for a file located at [application root]/videos/TEST_VIDEO.mp4
