How to get all video files on device (emulator)?

Without scan all file system with filter.

I suppose there is no other alternative than using the device API for accessing the video files on the device file system. And the purpose for providing the device API's is to provide access to device capabilities. Tizen's "Content" device API provides functionality for finding and listing multimedia files stored on the device.

You can use only Content API or Filesystem API.
