Some new facts about problem. Connection created when HW turned on on the emulator and not created if HW turned off. This is may be true for somebody who research, but the problems with HAXM arise for me now. Let's go to screenshot.

Then I try to launch app on the emulator with turned on HW - BSOD crush the system and my patience too.

Who can help me?

I found that 'sdb' in tizen-sdk\tools directory and tried 'sdb kill-server' than I could see the emulator in connection window. Thanks
