Ridiciulous reason for rejection

I have written an application to implement popular Hangman game. The purpose of the game is to guess hidden words.

It was rejected. The reason for rejection was: (Some text shows abnormally. In some cases does not possible read and understand the text. Check the image attached.)

YES, THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF THE GAME.

I have lost the chance to compete in the competition because someone testing application did not understand the whole idea of the game.

I am not sure if I will ever send anything to Tizen. What is the purpose if tester rejects for such reasons

The review is done by Samsung or agents hired by Samsung and are often confused when reviewing apps. This is not just happening to Tizen apps. It also happens on Android and Smart TV apps. When working with Samsung the best practice is to assume that everything will take a very long time to get completed, and don't count on anything.  Good luck.

Please consider the fact that this is a global project, the testers could be located anywhere in the world and that not everyone will know what a Hangman game is.

You say “I have lost the chance to compete in the competition because someone testing application did not understand the whole idea of the game.”

Did you adequately describe the gameplay to them? Did you show them screenshots or a video of how it should work?

You shouldn’t assume that just because something is “popular” in your community, it will be everywhere.
