  1. First of all, download Zimbra to Gmail Migration Tool and choose one option from Add Files or Add Folders.

  2. Choose Zimbra TGZ files from your Windows PC and upload them to the software panel.

  3. Now you can preview Zimbra emails, contacts, calendars, and other important details in the software panel.

  4. Check all or specific email folders from the software interface and click on the Convert button to continue.

  5. Select Gmail from the list of saving options and enter Google Mail account credentials.
