Multilanguage settings for app

I need to set language for my app independent from current system localization.

For example: my Tizen device have english localization, but i need switch language of my app to japan. Is it possible ?

I don't know any API to force the UI language independetally but in case there is no api then you should create xml file and load /parse it instead of relaying on current method.
