How do i register for push services?

If i need to create a web client that pushes notifications through samsung push servers, what is the procedure to do so?

A month ago i learnt that i need to sent a mail to push.tizen@samsung.com.

Is it still valid?

yes, you are right, you have to send mail to same id push.tizen@samsung.com Check the details in Tizen IDE>Help>Help contetns>Tizen Native App Programming > Programming Guide > Messaging: SMS, MMS, Email, and Push > Push Messaging Push Service Request

Dear Tizen Team, How long will it take to process and send me the keys for Push Registration Service? I have sent the details 3 days ago and i have'nt got a response. Kindly let me know the processing time.
