Auto launch TV app after connect from Android

Hello guys, 

I am developing a Tizen Web Application for TV platform and Android app using Smart View SDK to establish communication between them.
After I found the TV device on Android app and connect to it, TV app launches automatically.
Is it possible not to run TV app automatically after connection?

And also it would be good if you help me with the next question.
Is it possible to connect to the TV from Android only if TV application is in the foreground (like getting info about the app before connection, when we just found the device)?
