emulator is not responding

 I have just started implementing apps on emulator and it is not responding to any touch events or click events( home, menu,back etc.)

In my emulator h/w acceleration is disabled as intel does not support my configuration

 I restarted the emulator and the problem is solved but the response of emulator to click events is very slow

Made sure multiple times Hyper-V was one.
Re-downloaded Dot-net and visual studio code 2022 at least 5 times.
Deleted the Android SDK File and re-installed it.
Looked all over the internet for potential answers.
