looking for a .repo file for CentOS 7

Hello, I just purchased the Tizen Cookbook for Kindle, and I'm looking at the chapter on installing development tools in Fedora and CentOS. The first step says to use wget to download the .repo file but there does not seem to be one for any of the listed versions of CentOS or Fedora under download.tizen.org/tools/latest-release/
Is there some other place I should be looking?
