PKGMGR_SERVER ERROR

wearable sdk 2.3.1 로 개발 중 입니다. Gear S2에 빌드 중 아래와 같은 메세지 이후 install package가 실패하고 있습니다.

디바이스를 재부팅 후 최초 시 install 되고 다시 시도하면 아래와 같은 메세지를 device log에서 확인할 수 있고 install package 가 실패 합니다.

조언을 구할 수 있을까요? 인증서와 device-profile 은 올바르게 등록된 상태 입니다.

09-30 16:27:05.680 : ERROR / PKGMGR_SERVER ( 5520 : 5520 ) : pkgmgr-server.c: exit_server(1360) > exit_server Start [backend_status=0, queue_status=0]

What is understand from your question is, You got PKGMGR_SERVER ERROR when you run your wearable app.

This problem seems to be a certificate problem. Check whether your  Extension SDK (Both Extras and Wearable section) is installed properly or not from 
Package Manager. If it is not installed , then install it and if it is already installed , then first remove it , then reinstalled it again.

Also make your wearable profile active when you run the application.Before run your app, Click "Permit to install applications" by right clicking on your device ID
from Connection Explorer.

I am getting the PKGMGR_SERVER ERROR but when I connected my device with VPN , automatically the error solved. I have bought this ipvanish during the  ipvanish black friday ( vpnblackfridaydeal.com )sale period. Now i am waiting to the next  v pn black friday sale so that i can renew the services.

OpenStep 0: Manually Register PkgMgr.exe Using Microsoft Register Server
OpenStep 1: Repair Registry Entries Associated with MSDN Disc 3618
OpenStep 2: Conduct a Full Malware Scan of Your PC
OpenStep 3: Clean Out Your System Junk (Temporary Files and Folders) With Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr)
OpenStep 4: Update Your PC Device Drivers
OpenStep 5: Utilize Windows System Restore to "Undo" Recent System Changes
OpenStep 6: Uninstall and Reinstall the MSDN Disc 3618 Program Associated with PkgMgr.exe
OpenStep 7: Run Windows System File Checker ("sfc /scannow")
OpenStep 8: Install All Available Windows Updates
OpenStep 9: Perform a Clean Installation of Windows
