The UI is flipped on a RTL Mac OSX

Hey,

The UI of Tizen Studio is flipped, making it very difficult to use.

I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.4 in Hebrew and Tizen Studio 3.7.

I suspect it's allowing the OS to set the direction of the UI, but I can't see anything in the settings(see attachment).

Anyone has a solution? If not where do I file a bug report?
