How to bring up the web inspector for the emulator other than using the IDE's debug option

As titled, I want to know that if there is a way to show the web inspector in the emulator directly without going through the Tizen IDE?

Hi,

There is no procedure other than debug option.

That's a pity. The issue is that most of the time the web inspector just keeps waiting for 127.0.0.1 and not actually starting. Such a pity.
