Problem with testing app on Tizen Developer Device

Hello, I can't  run my app on Tizen Dev device. 

My OS is windows 7 and it does't detect device when i plug phone in usb socket.

Windows 7 displays icon of usb in right down corner, but when I try to connect through "My computer" I recieve a system message that usb-device doesn't found.

Recently I have read  that  you need to use Tizen IDE to run and test your application on the device.

Please, can you show me a manual which describes how to run the application on the device?
