I got refusal because both application steps and heart counter are not the same as S Health has.
I'd been struggling to find out how to get counters which S Health has for two weeks when found out at forums that it's not allowed to do, so I used ActivityMonitor API to create my own.
My watch face has it own both steps and heart rate counters, I don't refer them to S Health data! Even the S Health app isn't opened by clicking these counters, Also the steps counter becomes the same as S Health has the next day, so I added this notice to the app description: "Because of system limits, it's impossible to synchronize S Health data automatically. The data will be synchronized the next day".
The same non sync counters has a popular watch face "Cyber Watch Pro", also it has the same notice in the description, but it isn't refused. Why?
My watch face has a shortcut to S Health (The separated from my counters button). In the video the QA Team person shows me my counters and then they clicks my S Health shortcut and shows me that my data isn't the same as in S Health. But the same S Health shortcut has that watch face "Cyber Watch Pro".
Why? What do I need to do except removing my counters at all? Please, help! Thanks.
Test Confirmation Rejected - The steps and heart rate is not sync. (ActivityMonitor API)
