  • Install and run Mozilla Thunderbird.
  • Import your MBOX files into Thunderbird. To do this, go to File > Import > Import Messages and select the MBOX file(s) you want to import.
  • Export your Thunderbird emails to EML files. Go to File > Export > Import/Export and select Export to a file. Then, select Outlook Data File (.pst) as the file type and choose the folder where you want to save the PST file.
  • Open the PST file in Outlook. Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export and select Import from another program or file. Then, select Outlook Data File (.pst) as the file type and choose the PST file you created in the previous step.
