[ask] Upgrade Tizen Device Software

Hi,

How to upgrade tizen device software from 2.1.0 to 2.2.0? Is there any link to download the software package? Besides that, could the development device RD-PQ connected to the internet? The device has been connected to the internet (via wifi). I have tried to access internet through browser, but it always shows error "internet has closed unexpectedly". I can't open email, too. There is error message: "email has closed unexpectedly". How to fix it? Please help me.

When upgrading the phone, be sure to follow the section where you install the graphics and wifi drivers. Without them the RD-PQ can appear to work, ie it will find the SSID for a network, but cannot connect. The other gotcha is to make sure the time and date on the phone are correct, otherwise https connections and other secure connections will be refused.  If you don't have the required Linux machine needed for the phone there's a Live USB image available with all the images and upgrading programs pre-installed. https://developer.tizen.org/forums/sdk-ide/tizen-sdk-live-dvd
