I think this is interesting offer from appbackr and tizen
Submit your request to port your cocos2d game, the will evaluate your game and offer you cash for porting it to tizen
Another good move by Tizen. Marmalade has own offer as well for (cash and free license)
Tizen is on right track, bada never had similar good marketings from Samsung
