How do I install an APK onto TPK Device ? Help

 

 

I have a Samsung Smart TV NE55NU7470 , I have a Tizen Studio and want to install Apk on my TV.

Does anyone have any instructions to install or convert Apk to TPK.  The TV is already enabled into Developer mode.  

If anyone could help, Ive tried uploading using SDB Command and that keeps failing
