I’m orignaly from Sweden though currently studying in the UK. I haven’t done any proper paperwork to change my legal residence, though.
Can I enter the app I’ve made by myself into the Challenge, or will I be limited to entering the app I made togheter with a, British, friend?
The reason I’m asking is the following paragraph of the terms and conditions:
4. ELIGIBILITY: The Challenge is open to Participants who have agreed to be bound to these Rules, are under no conflicting contractual or legal restriction to enter, and who are the legal age of majority, at the time of entry, to form valid contracts in their respective country, province or state of legal residence and is listed as an eligible Country for purposes of this Challenge. THE CHALLENGE IS OFFERED IN AND OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES:. AUSTRALIA, BELGIUM, CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), CHINA, FRANCE, GERMANY, HONG KONG, INDIA, JAPAN, KOREA, NEW ZEALAND, PHILIPPINES, POLAND, ROMANIA, RUSSIA, SINGAPORE, SLOVAKIA, THAILAND, UNITED KINGDOM, UKRAINE, UNITED STATES, AND VIETNAM. THIS CHALLENGE IS VOID TO RESIDENTS OF ALL OTHER COUNTRIES AND WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, OR OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
