I am building a language translation app . since google api is now paid anyone knows any free api that I can use in my app .

Bing translation API's for free...

Other alternative's,

1) http://gengo.com/developers/  (Seems paid one)

2) You can try using YQL to get the free Google translation, here is an example: http://tinyurl.com/8ppyhzr (Haven't tried personally)

3) And not sure its good to suggest to use hacks (to use Google Translate API), but its here for your reference
