I am facing a problem in developing a web application on Tizen.
My client has requested the implementation of remote control interfaces, I based myself on this link to implement them https://developer.samsung.com/smarttv/develop/guides/user-interaction/remote-control.html.
For most of the features I had a positive feedback, the play and pause features (linked to keycode 10252) work correctly. However, on my client's device, the Rewind and FastForward features are accessed via virtual keys and the keydown events related to these features are not perceived (keyCode: 412 and 417).
I attach an image of the virtual keys that they see.
Anyone can provide me with some information about what I'm doing wrong?
