Problem With Installation/Uninstallation of Tizen Wearable SDK in Windows 64-bit Machine

Hello,

 

I am trying to Install Tizen SDK for wearable. I am using Windows 64-bit Machine.

Initially when I installed the SDK, emulator was not working.

 

I tried to un-install the original SDK and tried to install it again, But now I get the following error.

"Fatal error occured while executing install script. (certificate-generator package).

 

Is this is a known issue ? Am I missing something ?

Please help if anyone knows the solution to this problem.

Hello,

Try to delete tizen-wearable-sdk and tizen-wearable-sdk-data folders before install.

Hello,

I'd like to suggest you to check your JDK path in enviroment variable of you PC like as following.

     C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_25\bin

which version are you running ?

I am also facing issues with version for early testers which comes without the certificate plugin... is it actually needed for emulator like for mobile profile as explained for z1 on this article :

Hi,

In case of emulator, you can generate a certificate for it through security profiles menu.

  IDE--> Window --> Preferences --> Tizen SDK --> Security Profiles

Please click "add" button for new profiles and make it active. then you can click "generate" button to make a certificate.
