Tizen-sdk-ubuntu32 (Ubuntu Linux on VM)

Hi all
I plan to install Tizen-sdk-ubuntu32 ( Ubuntu will be installed on Virtual machine).
Please provide any recommendations:
1)What Ubuntu version is recommended for Tizen-sdk?
2)What virtual machine is preferrable Sun Virtalbox or VMWare player?
3)Any possible problems : low performance , emulator/simulator problems e.t.c.

1. I tried 13.04 and 13.10. It's good in the both cases.

2. Is not worth to install the SDK in a virtual machine. There will be problems with the emulator perfomance.
