Is there any method to assign an exchange server recovery database?

A quick answer is Yes. You can use the Exchange Server Recovery database to restore a database to an Exchange Server.

To recover an Exchange Server database, you must use the Exchange Server Recovery Database (RDB). The RDB is a particular mailbox database that we can use to store recovered data from a damaged or corrupt mailbox database. The steps to assign an RDB are as follows:

  • Start the Exchange Management Console.
  • In the console tree, click Mailbox.
  • In the action pane, click New Recovery Database.
  • On the New Recovery Database page, specify the name and location of the new recovery database, and then click New.
  • On the Completion page, review the summary of the recent recovery database, and then click Finish.

Once you create the RDB, you can recover data from a damaged mailbox database. For example, you can use the Exchange Management Shell to copy the contents of a mailbox from the damaged database to the RDB.

However, if you don’t want to perform these critical steps, you can use Exchange Server Recovery software. It will automatically recover all your corrupted data. For more detail visit here - https://www.regainsoftware.com/blog/resolve-exchange-database-dirty-shutdown-error/
