How to access file from my folder?

Hi,

    I've created a folder name "F1" in the same level as of "Images" and "Videos" folder. How can i access the files inside in my folder. because filesystem api doesn't have any options to resolve files from folders which are located other than the options provided( such as images, video, document, download,.etc.) in predefined list.

   Is there any way to access these files?

When creating a directory or file inside the existing supported virtual roots works fine, but when created a directory from the UI in the virtual root locations and creating a file in that custom directory leads to "Location not found. error". Looks like currently the files can be accessed only from the supported virtual root locations only. Will try checking more on this and get back.
