How to display notification using Alarm API

Is it possible to directly invoke notification using Alarm API?

I'm taking about the Alarm API, not Calender Alarm. https://developer.tizen.org/help/topic/org.tizen.web.device.apireference/tizen/alarm.html#::Alarm::Alarm Does the notification service have any application id?
