I have free time and decided to update all my apps I submitted before. The certification was smooth until recently it started to be hard and sometimes stupid. This reminds me of bada old days when my app was rejected because the tester didn't know how to use bada os itself.
It may depends on the tester and his/her kwonldge in Tizen. Maybe it is holiday time and the current testers are temporary testers
However, I would like to share some reason to reject the apps.
1- Option Menu -> subitem function: It does some operation in my app and works fine. The tester reported in bad English that option menu does not show after perfuming the operation while in my RD-PQ latest frimware and SDK works fine with no bugs. The other app which uses same function the tester reported (All function should be work after worked the 'Tool' function) I have no option but to remove the feature from both apps and resubmit them
2. The app shows message box on back button press because the user might loose his work if he/she press the back button by accident. I got this as defect from the automation testing tool and the tester confirmed it in the report.
3. I used detailed ListView to indicate that the list item has context menu if you slide it. Ok, this is not the right thing because if you click on the arrow nothing happens but is not a defect or serious error to suspend my app. I was updating my app and before the validation finish, I got the first version suspended due to this issue. I had to change the listview custom item to normal type.
I know the place to complain is Tizen Store but I am not complaining here or expecting to find answers. I am just sharing this with you to be aware. You may don't want to update your apps now. Your app may get suspended :)
