debugging on emulator and access to res files

Hello, I've got a problem with debugging. Went I run application in normal mode on emulator, everything is fine. But when I run it in debug mode, program have no access to my resource files (files, databases etc), e.g.

 

 

05-17 01:50:53.618 : ERROR / Tizen::Media ( 4422 : 4422 ) : Tizen::Graphics::Bitmap* Tizen::Media::Image::DecodeN(const Tizen::Base::String&, Tizen::Graphics::BitmapPixelFormat) const(90) > [SECURE_LOG] [E_FILE_NOT_FOUND] srcImagePath:/Res/progressing04_big.png

 

This makes debug a bit useless. Any thoughts?

Looks like you are working on Native project. So please post your query under "Native Application Development". Someone from the Native dev team should be providing the needed details.

Hi, When you are debugging the application, you have to select the different mode. There are four mode of debugging option. In build configuration you can find, the mode of debugging.while you are running application on emulator you have to set "Debug_Tizen_Emulator" in build configuration and while you are running in target at that time you have to select "Debug-Tizen-Device" option.

Hi, I 'm able to start app in debug mode, but emu have no access to res files.

Looks like you are providing wrong file path to Image::DecodeN() API. Pass the absolute path String path = Tizen::App::App::GetInstance()->GetAppResourcePath() + L"progressing04_big.png";
