Can't install Tizen Sdk for Wearable because of "Cannot find repository."

Hi.

I tried to install Tizen Sdk for Wearable, Windows 7 64bit version.

However, "Cannot find repository. Please check your repository" message shown and can't install.

I searched this message and tried a way to install from SDK image, but install process is stopped at "Processing : package "intelhaxm" 1/43"

I succeeded installing Tizen SDK for not wearable version.

Does anyone know solution?

My environment: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit

Hi Fujikawa,

When I installed 'Tizen SDK for Wearable', I also thought the installation 'stopped' at 'Processing : package "intelhaxm" 1/43'. In my case, the installation screen of Intel HAXM did not pop up but it was running in the background (needed to run the setup of Intel HAXM fist). So maybe the installation screen of Intel HAXM is hiding somewhere?

Hello,

you need install intel HAXM

Fujikawa

You are right.

Installation screen of Intel HAXM is shown in the background and it works fine after installing that.

Thank you.

Did you solve this issue ?

I am facing the same problem while installing, I installed intel HAMX ,I enabled vtx at bios and installed it,

after that It fails at the following at 2/43,

Fatal error occurred while executing install script (Certificate-generator package)

Is installs platform, tools, but stops at certificate-generator package).

I also tested the md5checksum of the downloaded image, it matched,

is there a way to install fully ?

Hi,
Just FYI: I was able to install fully Tizen Sdk for Wearable for win 32. My OS is XP.  I have installed from SDK image and have missed HAMX - it does not support.

I'm seeing the same error message when trying to install:

tizen-wearable-sdk-2.2.150_ubuntu64.bin

"Cannot find repository. Please check your repository (http://)".

I'm running Linux, so Intel HAMX should not be an issue (I hope).

I was able to install tizen-sdk-ubuntu64-v2.2.71.bin just now.

This is an issue with tizen hosting. @Samsung would need to update their repo. You would need to use install images

Same error in Windows 8.1 64 bit when trying to install tizen-wearable-sdk-2.2.150_windows64.exe

Intel HAMX is already installed (thanks to Android).

The error is identical to above: "Cannot find repository. Please check your repository (http://)".

Hi all.

In the Install Manager click Advanced, then Change Server and add the following package server url:

http://download.tizen.org/sdk/packages/

Best wishes

Marco Buettner

Thats not the repo of Wearable ;)

Alex Dem

Hi,
Sdk images of Wearable could be loaded here:
http://download.tizen.org/sdk/Wearable/sdk-images/
But I did not find the way to add them via Install Manager->Advanced->Change Server.
Alexey.

Marco Buettner

You have to selected "Package Server", but without packages for wearables in a repo-folder it makes no sense to use :)

The beta of Wearable SDK are only supported by Image-File

Thank you for explanation Marco.
Alexey.
