Installation Problem on Windows 10 with TIZEN UPDATE MANAGER for v2.4 mobile

Sorry if a question like this has been asked, I'm probably not finding it with the correct keywords.

I would like to ask about the installation. I just installed tizen 2.4 rev3 SDK today.

After a successful installation, it goes into TIZEN UPDATE MANAGER. I pick 2.4 mobile and start installing.

I notice that after several hours, only Native CLI (Tizen SDK tools) got into 100%. The rest stuck at 74% for several hours.

Is this normal and I'm just not patience enough ?

Hi,

My colleague told me that he expereinced similar phenomenon and could install it after some time. I guess that server was busy at that time.

Hi,
fyi: I had some problems to migrate from 2.4 rev1 to  2.4 rev3 (with update manager). win7 -64bit.
I had got "update failed" often.

I've installed SDK once again using Tizen SDK 2.4 Rev3 installer in this link today and could install it.

    https://developer.tizen.org/development/tools/download

I would suggest you to try it using this once agian.

Hi, 
Looks like Update Manager 0.2.21 unstable (maybe due proxy or something else). Me and some guys here often got "Installation failed" for most packages. But after some attempts some packages has been installed, however.
But I was able to install 2.4Rev3 with old 0.0.110 Update Manager. It is strange.

Faced a similar problem on Windows 7, but then after several days it worked.

also, it can be a problem with your proxy settings.

for 0.2.21 Update Manager : issue could be solved if you copy necessary packages from http://download.tizen.org/sdk/sdk-packages/official/binary/ and place into tizen-sdk\.info\.downloads\http%3A%2F%2Fdownload.tizen.org%2Fsdk%2Fsdk-packages%2Fofficial\binary
dinamically , during installation.
