Hi,
I did not face with term 'hold mode'.
Maybe this is mean the mode when the screen is off (after power key is short pressed).
Or you could configure it here: Settings->Display->Backlight time. The Tizen device go to 'screen off' mode after a few seconds after the backlight brightness level is lowered.
