How to change notification sound when application not startup or finished

Hi,

My app use a push with tizen.push.connectService.

Notification sound can set tizen.StatusNotification, but when app is not started or finished, notification created automatically and can not control.

Please give me way to set notification sound when app is not started or finished.

I think currently there is no such support in tizen
