Hi,
It should works properly (was checked on 2.2.0 and 2.2.1). The file placed on FS file:///opt/usr/media/index.html with meta:  http-equiv="refresh" content="10"  and opened via browser is automatically reloaded.

He asked for Tizen Web Application not for running in the browser.

For Web apps and for [Native] apps which use Web control it works too : locally stored on FileSystem html page is reloaded automatically. note: I did not check with hosted on server page.

Hi Manojit,

It works on the device as well. I quickly tested and replaced the url with google and the application launched the google search with focus on the input field.
